I was trying to bring the element of Chinese painting into my studio works. In this time I was more focus on the colour and composition. I tend to develop painting language of my paintings such as colorand the brush-making. I use the color from the original picture and change them a bit. Actually, nature itself have a lot of beautiful color. Finding these pallet and using in picute is important. These colors will give me the overall atmosphere .The overall atmosphere is very important in my painting. I am neither a realism painter, nor an abstract painter. I decided that my painting style will be the form which between figurative and non-figurative.

Chinese painting is a form which tries to catch the motion of an object. So comparing with traditional oil painting, Chinese painting is more non-figurative. I prefer working quickly as the inspiration will not be a long-term effect.

I tried to use this rotative brush-making to express the tendency of object. And almost every part of the painting made by one move. I will not use other color to cover them. I will consider every step before I made it. I look for the 'accident'. I tend to make every move become useful. I think it is the opportunity for me. As I can improve my ability of structure and choosing colors.
